This page explains how the Varox websites — varox.uk and its subdomains such as plethoramail.varox.uk — handle personal data. The short version: we keep things lean, store as little as possible, and never sell anything.

Our infrastructure providers (Cloudflare) may keep transient access logs for security and abuse-prevention purposes; those logs are managed under their own privacy practices.
For our hosted services such as plethoramail.varox.uk, the data we collect is limited to what is strictly necessary to deliver the feature you requested — for example, the contents of an inbox you created. That data is described in the relevant product's documentation and is yours to delete at any time.
Cookies
This landing page does not set any cookies of its own. If we add features that require cookies in the future, this section will be updated and you will be informed before any cookie is set.
Third-party services
We use the following third parties to keep this site online and useful:
- Cloudflare for DNS, edge hosting, and DDoS protection. Cloudflare may process minimal request metadata as part of delivering pages.

Data retention
We retain operational logs only as long as needed to keep the services running and secure. Anything tied to a user account on a Varox-hosted product is retained per that product's terms and is removed when you delete the account or content.
Your rights
You can request a copy or deletion of any personal data we hold by emailing hello@varox.uk. We aim to respond within a reasonable time frame, typically a few business days.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy occasionally. When we do, the "last updated" date at the top of this page will change. Substantial changes will be highlighted on the landing page for a reasonable period.
